The place was modern and spectacular, we would return anytime. The hotel's location was particularly good in centre. Plus, it was just off restaurants and booking agencies, banks of Mekong and the promenade. We liked sitting in the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Location: the hotel was just off the nearest cafes, Pakse and Khong river. There was The Lao Restaurant & Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed. The rooms were fine and new-fashioned with a great bed, great view, nothing to complain about.

The location was decent in a good area, close enough to the eateries and the center of town. Getting to Wat Luang was easy and took only 10 minutes on foot. - the room was new-fashioned, neat, and had climate control and TV with cable channels.

The hotel's location is a bit away from the main road, but it's just a less than 10-minute walk. We really enjoyed the beautiful view directly on the Mekong River. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have a really strong perfume/air refresher smell to freshen up the space.
Everything was ok.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the room was incredibly spacious and had a giant bed, allowing me to relax and unwind. The balcony provided a stunning view of the river, which was a perfect way to start the day. Secondly, the hotel offered basic amenities that met all my needs. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. Lastly, the breakfast provided was decent and a great way to fuel up for the day. this hotel exceeded my expectations and offered great value for money.
All in all, everything was absolutely fine during my stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was really new and clean, and it had everything we needed, including a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel facilities were great and we loved the swimming pool on the rooftop with spectacular views of the river and the city. We also appreciated the fact that we were able to check-in early when we arrived at 5am. Moreover, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic and they provided excellent service during our stay. The hotel was conveniently located close to the main touristic places and the center of town.
Nothing to be said.

The breakfast had a good variety of local and western cuisine, which was well balanced. the room had a nice view that made waking up enjoyable. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better.
The hotel was somewhat remote from the eateries and the ongoing construction near the hotel makes the travel experience worse.
